This balance board changed my life
In 2019 I had a severe skateboarding injury. I was bombing a hill in SF and I got the speed wobbles. I tore my PCL, meniscus, and had road rash all over my body. If it wasn't for this balance board, I would not have gained the strength in my knee to be able to skate again. It's also so much fun and it is the reason I am the skater I am. 🥹
